Homemade Frozen Snickers Bars

These snickers bars were created on a night train in Russia when four hungry girls only had a jar of peanut butter, a chocolate tablet and some bananas. I promise you that you'll enjoy this one!



Makes 12 bars

What you'll need:

- 2 cups chopped chocolate

- 2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)

- 2 bananas

- 1 cup coconut cream

- 1 cup peanut butter/ 1/2 cup peanut butter + 2 tbsp dairy-free milk


Instructions:

Step 1:
In a pan, melt 1 cup of chocolate with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil.



Step 2:
Once the chocolate is melted pour it into a lined pie tin. Pop it in the freezer for 10min to harden.



Step 3:
Mash the bananas.



Step 4:
Whip the coconut cream until it looks like whipped cream and then add the mashed bananas.



Step 5:
Take the chocolate out of the freezer and pour the coconut cream on top of the hardened chocolate.



Step 6:
Wait for an hour for the cream to set in the freezer.

Step 7:
Once the cream is set prepare the peanut butter. If it is liquid you can just pour it on top of the cream, otherwise mix it with some milk until you achieve a desirable consistency pour the mixture in the pie tin. 



Step 8:
Wait for the peanut butter to harden in the freezer for an hour. Then prepare a second batch of melted chocolate which you will pour on to give the impression of single snickers bars.



Step 9:
Pop the preparation in the freezer for 30min and then chop the preparation into single bars. Keep them in the freezers for an occasional snack.
