Welcome! My name is Tarah, I’m a medical student in Geneva. I was diagnosed coeliac and allergic to dairy a few years ago, which had me radically changing my diet to improve and stabilize my health. This blog will make your vegan and gluten-free endeavours much easier as I found that such lifestyle change can be quite difficult.
