Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce

Hi everybody hope your having a nice morning! As a kid, I didn't really enjoy pasta that much, so when I became gluten-free it was never something I really missed, until I grew up and realised that it's one the most practical meals ever. This tomato sauce is homemade and delicious, you feel like you just cooked something really yummy, but it's not time consuming or difficult. It's really good if you're starting out cooking and you don't want to make something to difficult. Also I'll link my pasta brand, because it's the best I've ever tasted. Finding gluten-free pasta can be really difficult because some of them are really disgusting and you need to test out loads of brands to find out what works best. Plus, you always need to check the ingredients because most of them have loads of conservatives and stuff that's really bad for you.

Ingredients:

- red onion
- 4 medium sized juicy tomatoes
- clove of garlic
- 2 tbsp tomato purée
- fresh rosemary
- oregano
- Rice spaghetti

Step 1: In a big pot, put 3 liters of water with a pinch of salt and start boiling the water.

Step 2: Chop up the onions and cook them and the mashed clove of garlic in olive oil, in a medium size pan until they become translucid.

Step 3: Once your onions are cooked, add your chopped tomatoes and tomato purée and your spices. Let the sauce simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.

Step 4: Once your water has boiled, add your pasta and stir it every few minutes. Let your sauce simmer on low heat.

Step 5: The pasta should cook for 8 to 10 minutes, once they are done, serve with the sauce. Enjoy!
