- a clove of garlic
- ½ teaspoon of cumin
- salt and pepper

Instructions:
Step 1:
In a pan, add a splash of water and your spinach. Cook on medium heat until the spinach is done and has reduced in size, and then remove from the heat.
Step 2:
Chop the garlic. In a blender, add the cashews, the water, the chopped garlic, the cumin, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Blend the ingredients until you have a smooth but thick mixture.
Step 3:
Add the cashew mixture to the cooked spinach, and cook over medium heat. Keep stirring until everything is combined.
This step is meant to thicken the consistency of the dip, but this process is much quicker than you think, so be careful not to overcook. If you like, you can add a splash of lemon juice at this point.
Step 4:
When your dip has reached the desired consistency, pour in a bowl to serve. You can add a drizzle of olive oil and some chili flakes for taste and presentation. Enjoy with tortilla chips, pitta bread or any other type of bread!
