Summery Smoothie

This smoothie is a great little treat if you're a bit peckish at 4:30 pm and don't want a real snack. In summer you can add whichever type of alcohol you want while blending the ingredients for a nice twist.


Serves 1

What you'll need:

- a small banana 

- a mango

- 1 big handful of gooseberries

- 1/3 cup dairy-free milk

- cashews, chocolate chips, walnuts (topping)

Step 1: Cut up the banana and mango, and place all the fruit in the blender. 



Step 2: Blend all the fruit together until it makes a smooth liquid and add the milk. At this point you can also add whichever alcohol you prefer for a nice summery afternoon drink.


Step 3: Add your toppings. Enjoy!
